Hydrogenation station
According to data from the hydrogen energy industry research institution Xiangchenghui, as of the end of June 2024, China has built 426 hydrogen refueling stations, with 19 newly added in the first half of 2024 alone. The development of the hydrogen energy industry cannot be separated from technological innovation and the improvement of the industrial chain. At present, China has made significant progress in various aspects of hydrogen energy production, storage, transportation, and application. As an important equipment in the stages of hydrogen “production, storage, transportation, refueling, and application”, diaphragm compressors can compress gases with extremely high purity, generally reaching a purity of 99.999%.
Hydrogen production from grey hydrogen and green hydrogen
In the production of hydrogen, sources such as fossil fuels and industrial by-product hydrogen are collectively referred to as grey hydrogen. Hydrogen produced from wind and solar power is collectively referred to as green hydrogen. Special gas filling
Gas filling refers to the process of introducing gas into pressure vessels like cylinders through pressure differentials. The core technical bottleneck lies in enhancing the purity of specialty gases. Integrated circuits impose stringent purity requirements on electronic specialty gases, as even trace impurities during chip fabrication can cause critical defects. Higher purity of specialty gases directly correlates with improved product yield and superior performance. With the development of IC chip manufacturing technology, the production precision of products is getting higher and higher, and the purity of electronic special gas used in IC manufacturing is also getting higher and higher.

China Hainans largest Integrated Energy Supply Demonstration Station
The project is a comprehensive energy station integrating hydrogenation, fueling, charging and natural gas filling.

China Energy Engineering Group Lanzhou New Area Green Electricity Hydrogen and Ammonia Project (Phase I)
The project produces hydrogen through electrolysis of desalinated water. The hydrogen is pressurized by a hydrogen diaphragm compressor after being buffered in a buffer tank, then filled into hydrogen cylinders. These cylinders are transported via a filling column to a long tube trailer, with oxygen vented. The hydrogen production capacity reaches 1000 Nm³/h.
Product specifications: Inlet pressure 1.5MPaG, exhaust pressure 20MPaG; flow rate up to 1000Nm³/h, with a single 23m³ hydrogen storage vehicle requiring only 2.5 hours for refueling.
