Hydrogenation station

According to data from Xiangchenghui, a hydrogen energy industry research institution, China had built 426 hydrogen refueling stations by the end of June 2024, with 19 new stations added in the first half of 2024 alone.

The development of the hydrogen energy industry cannot be separated from technological innovation and the improvement of the industrial chain. At present, China has made significant progress in various aspects of hydrogen energy production, storage, transportation, and application. As an important equipment in the stages of hydrogen “production, storage, transportation, refueling, and application”, diaphragm compressors can compress gases with extremely high purity, generally reaching a purity of 99.999%.

Powder metallurgy

The core process of powder metallurgy consists of three stages: powder preparation → forming (e.g., pressing or injection) → sintering. However, sintered green bodies often exhibit defects such as porosity, low density, and uneven microstructure. Hot isostatic pressing (HIP), which applies uniform high-pressure gas (e.g., argon) at elevated temperatures, effectively eliminates internal porosity and refines grain size. This process significantly enhances the mechanical properties of powder metallurgy products, including density (approaching 100%), strength, and toughness.

The liquid driven compressor can provide the ultra-high pressure gas for this process.

Oil and gas multiphase flow

Industrial ammonia production

The industrial ammonia production process is based on the Haber-Bosch process, with the core reaction being: N₂ + 3H₂ ⇌ 2NH₃ + heat The reaction must meet three critical conditions: ** “high temperature (300-500°C), high pressure (15-30 MPa), and catalyst (iron-based catalyst)” ** — with the “high-pressure environment” being pivotal for the forward progression of the reaction (higher pressure correlates with higher nitrogen conversion rate). The liquid drive compressor is the core equipment to realize the “high pressure feed gas transportation”, which mainly acts on the two key links of feed gas compression and circulating gas pressurization.

Hydrogen production from grey hydrogen and green hydrogen

In hydrogen production, sources such as fossil fuels and industrial by-product hydrogen are collectively referred to as gray hydrogen.

Hydrogen produced from wind and solar power is collectively referred to as green hydrogen.
